I wouldn’t recommend. We are from the US. We stayed there and our friends stayed in two other rooms. When we got into our room, we realized one of the bottles or water were opened and refilled. One of the other couples experienced the same thing in their room. The shower head was hilarious! It sprayed in all directions so you barely got wet. The door deceivingly didn’t latch when we shut it. It looked and seemed latched but would open if you applied a medium amount of force. We asked to use some masks and snorkels laying out near the sea access dock and they gave us them. We only snorkeled for 10 minutes because the sea was rough that day and we saw a jelly fish. We returned the masks/snorkels and they never said anything. There were no signs that said the snorkels costed anything. Later in the day, 5 of us went up to the room and the hotel staff chased one of the women down we were with and said we owed them $30 for using the snorkels. They offered no body wash or lotion, just bar soap and shampoo. I would recommend staying up near Taormina. We stayed at the Atlantis Bay for a few nights and it was amazing!

The hotel is sourrunded by a natural reserve. The settings are stunning. The hotel communal areas are beautiful and well cared for. The rooms are somewhat dated but still very good. choose a seaview room if you can. Staff was very friendly. Huge swimming pool. Access to the sea via a gangway, just hidillic. Lot's of fun!

Fantastic place. Beautifull hotel directly to the sea. We loved snorkling in the sea. Very comfortable rooms. Ours with at nice big balcon with sea view. Very helpfull and friendly staff.

Hotel was lovely... pool area was fab with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Plenty of free car parking. Restaurants were good but they lacked air con as did main hotel areas. Eating outside in 38degrees at night wasnt pleasant.

Beautiful view, nice and helpful staff, clean room. The a la cart resultant served good food but the opening hours could be better. Everything was closed between. 15:00-18:00 . The price matches the comfort. I really recommend this place!

Do yourself a huge favour and use this hotel for numerous day trip. Then relaxin the ocean front restaurant of an evening. Excellent staff and food

Staff went out of there way for our late arrival, even told the kitchen to stay open so we could dine in the outside restaurant. Property is well maintained, clean and updated. Great place for the price and only 45 minutes to Mt Etna. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only negative was mattress was very hard, I like a firm mattress but not solid.

We spent 5 nights as part of an event, with one extra night solo. On the positives the views and setting is very pretty. Sadly, this is where the positives end. The hotel is generally a bit tired, which we can forgive but the prices don’t reflect this. The real issue here is the food, which has to be amongst the worst we have EVER experienced. In all seriousness I think most school dinners improve on the buffet. We also tried the a la Carte. It has a small menu, but to find food this poor in any venue, let alone a 4 star hotel is truly unbelievable. We ventured once into the local village restaurants and for less than half the price the food put the experience here to utter shame. I think the hotel survives on events and its position. With regards it’s food service, it doesn’t deserve to represent Sicilian cuisine. Seriously, have some pride and sort it out.

Our room had a stunning view and the pool was lovely. That is the sum of our accolades. The room was old and modest. Our bathroom was treated twice for ants. The bed was two twins pushed together, not a true king. No room service, and food service was limited to 8-10am for breakfast. Coffee lines at breakfast (1 cup at a time) were up to 15 minutes. After complaining, we convinced the manager to give us coffee at 7am. I did not eat breakfast because I swam at 9 when the pool opened. But my partner said the eggs and breakfast meat were cold. He wanted an omelet and they said to go to the front desk (from 5th floor) to pay for it. On the weekend, parking was impossible. They operate some type of beach club at the hotel, and their focus is on these people who pay to use the beach and pool. We will not be returning.
